Description

Due to technical issues involving the receipt of proposals, RFP 273FCC20R0002 is being amended� (A03) to allow offerors to resubmit their technical and price proposals. The technical and price proposal volumes must be submitted via separate emails, in accordance with Section L.2.3, Proposal Submission, but they must now be sent to the following email address: with the subject line ""273FCC20R0002-ADSS.Volume#.contractor name. Any other submission method is not permissible. Proposals are due on or before 10:00 AM EDT, Friday, September 25, 2020 The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) contemplates placing a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from this Request for Proposal (RFP).� The RFP is being solicited as a full and open competition for the Application Development Support Service (ADSS). The effort is to provide: Program and Project Management Support, Software and Application Development and Document Support, and Extreme Programming.
