- **revised PWS to remove ""Tampa"", ver 21Jun21 is attached Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 90 adult guests and 10 children in attendance (total guests 105). �Final count will be finalized on the 20th of July 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time.� The actual event will take place on Saturday, 31 July 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm.� All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 30 July 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 31 July 2021.� A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Wednesday, 30�June 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
