Mississippi River Basin, Lock 19, Keokuk, Iow a, PLC and Hydraulic Cylinders See Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK NAICS: 237990 SIZE STANDARD: $39,500,000 ESTIMATED RANGE: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 UNRESTRICTED, BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF This construction contract will be competed on an unrestricted, full and open basis utilizing best value tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. A single award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.� It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this project will be available on sam.gov�on or about 14 July 2021. Any contractor wanting the plans and specifications must download them from this website.�
