Description

Project Title: Construct Utilities Flight Control Road This project is to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct new sanitary sewer, underground water, communication utilities and infrastructure amenities on Flight Control Road, CCSFS, FL. To include excavation work for the preparation of the utilities installation as well as the water mains associated at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS). Period of Performance: NTE 180 days from NTP issuance. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed-Price construction contract. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (In accordance with FAR 36.204(f). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ***All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until January 15 2022***
