Description

Construction Project-�Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, labor, equipment and supervision to complete the Parking Lot Concrete Replacement on the Deteriorated areas at the WFO in Weldon Spring, MO per attached Statement of Work. This is new work, no incumbent.� 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE $25,000.00 - $100,000 BONDING WILL BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS UNDER $35K.
