Description

This is a sources sought announcement only. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing their response to this notice. The USDA Forest Service has an urgent and compelling need to procure diagnostics and repair services at the National Technology and Development Program campus located at 444 E. Bonita Ave. San Dimas, CA 91773.� The service will be to diagnose and repair or replace�the existing photovoltaic (PV) system, specifically the Solaron AE250NX grid-tie solar inverter (250 kW inverter, serial # 776768), located at a Forest Service facility in San Dimas, CA. Please see the attached Statement of Work for requirement details.� This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists at this time. Therefore, responses are not quotes from which a contract can be issued. All information received in response to this notice marked �Proprietary� will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or sensitive information contained in their response. The Government may use responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Please do not submit pricing information in your response.
