Description

This RFP constitutes a formal solicitation for commercial services in accordance with attached Submission and�Evaluation Instructions, Statement of Work, and Pricing Schedule. DOL Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 applies as revised. Funding has been appropriated; the Government fully intends to issue an award as a result of this competitive RFP. The anticipated award will be issued as a firm fixed-price contract using FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561920 Event and Meeting Planning Services, with a size standard of $12M. IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.502-2, the Government shall set-aside all procurements with a dollar threshold between $10,000 and $250,000 for small business concerns. This procurement is therefore, pursued as a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Notwithstanding the Government�s desire to award to small business, due to market research, past acquisitions, and the scope of the services sought, this solicitation is open to both small and other than small businesses. NOTE: ALL SIZED BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO OFFER A PROPOSAL. HOWEVER, PROPOSALS PROVIDED BY LARGE BUSINESSES WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT RECEIVE AN ACCEPTABLE PROPOSAL FROM A SMALL BUSINESS.
