- Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for Kuboda RTV & Tractor for the Topeka, Kansas VAMC. This acquisition shall be unrestricted solicitation under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 336999. The size standard is 1000 Employees. Vendor must be an accredited servicer and must provide a letter from the manufacturer. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on June 22, 2021, with a deadline of June 29, 2021 NLT 10:00 AM CST. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email NLT Friday, June 25, 2021, referencing the solicitation number 36C25521Q0403 Kuboda RTV/Tractor in the subject line to dennis.sierra@va.gov. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this solicitation will be posted on the beta.SAM website at www.beta.SAM.gov.
