Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (341 CONS), Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Controlled Systems Sales Company for the purchase of 1 lot of 9 ea 400 Hz Frequency Converter with Optional 28VDC Rectified Unit Power Supply Points. The period of performance is estimated to be 24 weeks ARO.� Controlled Systems Sales Company, a certified Women-Owned Small Business, meets the conditions for a sole source award as delineated in FAR 19.1506, under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(5), FAR 6.302-5(b)(7), as detailed in the attached single source justification and approval document. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 21 JUL 2021 by 2:00 PM MST at 341 CONS, Malmstrom AFB to Juan C.
