Description
The U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna is�soliciting offers�for cellphone services for U.S.-Government employees at the U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna for local and international use including mobile cellular voice, text, roaming, and data service with an annual estimated cell phone usage amount of 1,851,000 voice minutes within Austria and the EU, estimated 1,049,000 minutes from Austria to the U.S./year and estimated 152,200 GB within Austria and (roaming) within the EU. The anticipated contract duration is for this a base year and two unilateral one-year renewal options for the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The estimated starting date is September 27, 2021. The solicitation will be issued via beta.SAM. No paper copies will be mailed. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date. The Government intends to establish a single indefinite quantity contract that includes a one-year base year plus two (2) 12-month options, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation. A registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
