- Amendment 1, please see attached SF30 Power Substation Bare Ground Weed Control in Eastern Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) Office has a requirement for Power Substation Bare Ground Weed Control in Eastern Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. � The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price Contract. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561730; the applicable size standard is $8M. Contractor shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.� NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 2:00 p.m. EDT, June 28, 2021. �Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contract Specialist (hammans@wapa.gov) or via FedConnect.net.
