Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT - General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia, WV City: Martinsburg Delineated Area: City Limits of Martinsburg, WV Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,871 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): TBD Parking Spaces (Structured): TBD Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on the 3rd floor or above of a multi-story Office building. Space on the 2nd Floor is an acceptable alternative so long as the bottom of the exterior windowsill is at least 18 feet above the exterior finished grade of the building. Offered space must not be collocated with Residential space.� Offered space must be able to accommodate 10, 160 square foot offices (no narrower than 9 feet) with external exterior window no smaller than 32 inches by 64 inches. Offered space must be able to accommodate 1, 200 square foot office (no narrower than 9 feet) with external exterior window no smaller than 32 inches by 64 inches. Offered space must be able to accommodate 1, 300 square foot office (no narrower than 9 feet) with external exterior window no smaller than 32 inches by 64 inches. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year, or 500-year flood plain.
