Description
Pre-Solicitation Notice Update #1 36C252-21-B-0011 Project: 676-16-102 Replace HVAC Equipment at Building 404 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI This amendment serves as an update to the initial Pre-Solicitation Notice issued on March 24, 2021. The initial Pre-Solicitation Notice indicated that this solicitation would be published on, or about March 9, 2021. Planned publication been pushed out to approximately the week of April 19, 2021. Specific information on the date and time of the site visit shall be included with the publication of the full solicitation. All interested offerors, subcontractors and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend. The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Replace HVAC Equipment at Building 404 at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. The project magnitude price range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard $16.5 Million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 406 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. All interested parties shall have a current registration and current annual On-line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in the System Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to award.
