Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued.� THIS WILL BE A SINGLE AWARD PER LOCATION /DISTRICT. THE SELECTED TOILET LOCATIONS SPREADSHEET MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR COMPLETED PRICE SCHEDULE DOCUMENT. Contract Period The contract is expected to be effective from date of award through April 30, 2026. Scope of Work Contractor shall furnish, on a call-when-needed basis, vault toilet pumping services. The number of gallons to be pumped from each vault will vary. The government may require that sites in close proximity to each other be pumped or partially pumped to make a full load. Pumping service includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, cleanup, disinfect and dispose of all waste products removed from toilet vaults and sewage holding tanks, in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with County, State and Federal regulations. The Contractor shall also backfill the minimum amount of water (approximately six inches, or 50-100 gallons) required to keep sludge in slurry form and pumpable.
