Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a procurement of F-16 Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical (Various Cables) as well as Test Adapters.�This requirement is full and open competition. The solicitation will consist of 6 NSN's.�Each NSN will have multiple CLINS on the solicitation for first article requirements, production, and Data.� Description: F-16 SST Cable and Test Adapters The general CLIN structure of the solicitation will look like for each part number: Line Item 0001 � Production Line Item 0002 � First Article Requirement Line Item 0003 � Data (Informational CLIN) � CLIN Example: Line Item 0001 Bid A - Production Assets NSN: (One of the 6) Description: Production Assets Delivery: 04 January, 2022 Delivery Destination: SW3210 Quantity: X Unit of Issue: EA Line Item 0002 Bid A � First Article Assets NSN: (One of the 6) Description: First Article Assets Delivery: 04 January, 2022 Delivery Destination: FB2029 Delivery Note: IAW FA activity form 260 Quantity:�X Unit of Issue: EA ***If First Article is waived, contractor must add one part to production*** Line Item 0003 Bid A - DATA - First Article Inspection Reports CDRL NSN: (One of the 6) Description: Data IAW DD1423-1 Delivery: IAW DD1423-1, First Article Waiver (if approved). Delivery Destination: XXXXXX Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: LO CLIN 0004 through 0014 will repeat as above. In accordance with FAR 9.202(e) the Government reserves the right not to delay contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
