Delivery Destination: XXXXXX Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: LO ***If First Article is waived, contractor must add one part to production*** Line Item 0003 Bid A - DATA - First Article Inspection Reports CDRL NSN: 1560DTG201751FJ Description: Data IAW DD1423-1 Delivery: IAW DD1423-1, First Article Waiver (if approved).
