**SEE ATTACHMENT FOR SOLICITATION DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS** AMENDMENT 1 06/22/2021 The purpose of this amendment is to: Incorporate the following into Line Items 0012 and 0013; �Note � The compressed air needs for the dental equipment will be shared with an adjoining office.� The compressed air load must be adequate to meet the needs for the dental equipment as well as two (2) sterilizers and one (1) washer/disinfector.� The details of that equipment may be found in attachments 2 through 4.� Incorporate the following attachments Attachment 2 � AMSCO 600 Electric CAB Attachment 3 � AMSCO 7053 HP Drawing Attachment 4 � SPS Equipment CA All other terms and conditions remain the same. Changes may be identified by strikethrough and red text (Track Changes). There will be a site visit on 6/16/21 at the address identified in the attachment.� Vendors interested in attending the site visit must RSVP by email to bruce.bentley@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM MDT on 6/14/21. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. **SEE ATTACHMENT FOR SOLICITATION DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS**
