Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking interested Small Business Entities to Replace the Fire Suppression Alarm System�in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building located at 401 West Peachtree in Downtown Atlanta, GA 30308.� The Peachtree Summit Federal Building is an occupied Federal Buidling with Federal Clients on 29 floors.� The�Fire Suppression system is being updated and GSA is�seking qualified Business Entites to replace the Alarm System on all floors of this building. �The interested entity should have a bonding Capacity of $5,000,000.00.� Please include a surety letter in your response to this Sources Sought.� The interested�entity should have previous experience working on Fire Suppression Systems totaling $3,000,000.00 in the past five years.� Please provide all Fire Suppression Installation Certifications.� This is not an actual procurement but for information puroposes only.� The actual�Solicitation Notice will follow 60 to 90 days later.�
