- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers for Community-Based Outpatient Clinic Services. They are located at 601 Park Street Honesdale, Pennsylvania 1843. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621498 and the Size Standards in Millions of Dollars for this NAICS code is $22.0. This notice is in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(2) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to robert.neal2@va.gov. Responses Due by 12:00 PM (EST) on July 07, 2021. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and award to one source to satisfy this requirement as it is conducted within Wayne s facility and would adversely impact patient care to remove care while resoliciting for a long-term contract, therefore, another firm would not be able to accurately meet the requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
