Description

The intent of this special notice is to provide industry with an update on the RFP release date, as well as to provide additional information on the notional schedule, proposal expectations, and post-award conference. The new tentative release date of the official RFP is 6 July 2021.� The Government also intends to release a draft proposal template to industry by COB 25 June 2021.� The Government is requesting feedback only on the proposal template from industry.� All comments should be sent via email to the Government POCs listed in this notice.� Al responses should be sent NLT 3 July 2021.� The intent of the proposal template is to help in the streamlining of proposal submittals and expedite the evaluation process.
