- Update (6/23/21): Please see attached DRAFT Sections L & M (dated 6/23/21) and updated DRAFT Performance Work Statement (dated 6/16/21) for the forthcoming DARPA Program Security solicitation.� Potential offerors may submit questions and other feedback to ProgramSecurityRequirement@darpa.mil until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.� Questions�may be consolidated, answered, and posted on SAM.gov or taken into consideration with any other feedback when revising the draft documents prior to final publication. If potential offerors are interested in a one-on-one feedback session with the Government, please outline requested topics of discussion in your feedback email to ensure appropriate Government personnel are included.� Requested one-on-one sessions are not guaranteed, but if granted, will most likely be scheduled for Thursday, July 1, 2021, and/or Friday, July 2, 2021. Note: This is NOT a request for proposals.� All DRAFT documents are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. SYNOPSIS IAW FAR 5.201 and 5.203 This is NOT a request for proposal. The purpose of this notice is to synopsize the requirement for Program Security Services to be performed at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), 675 N Randolph St., Arlington, VA 22203. The contracting office is the DARPA Contracts Management Office (CMO). The Contracting Officer is Mary Beth Colavito. The proposed solicitation number is HR001121R0003, with an anticipated closing response date of Mid August 2021. The acquisition is being procured as a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract using FAR Part 15 full & open competition procedures under NAICS Code 541690 �Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services� with FSC Code R499 �Support- Professional: Other�. Description of Requirement: The objective of the DARPA Mission Services Office (MSO) Security & Intelligence Directorate (SID) Program Security Services Contract is to provide a professional capability to augment the SID government staff in order to execute functions central to its responsibilities in preserving and enhancing National Security objectives through integrated security processes. These services require subject matter experts skilled in their respective disciplines who can apply risk-managed, proactive program protection and related security services to the broad range of DARPA research & development projects at the fundamental research, controlled unclassified, collateral, special accesses program (SAP), and sensitive compartmented information (SCI) levels. The contract period is anticipated to be a 1-year base period plus four (4) 1-year option periods.
