Description

This project is for the replacement of the cedar shingle roof on the Judith Station Cabin. Work includes the removal and disposal of current shingles, underlayment, and associated roofing components (flashing etc.) and installation of new underlayment, wood shingle roofing, and associated roofing components. Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. All waste materials generated from work is to be disposed of off Forest Service land in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The project is located: Judith Station Cabin 46�50�53.35�N, 110�17�24.53�W Judith Basin County, Montana 40 minute drive south of Stanford, MT Magnitude of Project (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $25,000 to $100,000. There is no formal site visit for this project. Vendors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting their quote.
