- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation uses the simplified acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote with shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20210520 and AFFARSs AFAC 2019-1001. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS 336411 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. CLIN 0001 SUAS-Small Unmanned Aircraft System (see salient characteristics). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. a. Provide Cage Code when submitting quote. Also provide full solicitation number on all packages. b.�Liability Insurance c. Warranty (if applicable) 52.212-2--Evaluation--Commericial Items. a. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Price; (ii) Technical acceptability of the offer to meet the Government requirement. Only the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror will be awarded.
