- This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Security IT Equipment, Corpus Christi, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Markeith Berry, 817-886-1269, markeith.berry@usace.army.mil FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for Security IT Equipment. Solicitation W9126G21Q0033 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Corpus Christi, Texas The period of performance is 60 days. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plant, supervision, labor, transportation, and equipment for Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) in Texas and the related services as specified in strict accordance with all the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, or exhibits contained in the contract or incorporated by reference as follows. Contractor shall procure and deliver the materials/equipment in accordance with all requirements under this Contract and with all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulation and standards. The Contractor's responsibility shall include all Contractor planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to provide the requirements of the scope and related services specified. The work shall be conducted by the Contractor in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable Federal, States of Texas, and local laws, regulations, codes or directives. The Contractor shall ensure that all equipment provided meets, or exceeds the requirements specified or included in the applicable documents. The Contractor shall provide related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work, and submitting necessary information as specified under this contract. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G21Q0033 is on or about 09 July 2021. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561621 (Security Systems Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $22 Million.
