Description

Access Control Point (ACP) Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Camera Refresh INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE The Government has an unfunded requirement reserved for Small Businesses under NAICS 334220 for replacement of 121 CCTV cameras located at 22 ACPs. Prior to the issuance of the solicitation (RFQ) for this requirement, the Government representatives would like to host an Industry Day event. The Government�s intent for the industry day is to solicit feedback as to how the requirement could be completed. All questions and comments received from the industry day will be incorporated into the Request for Quotation. The Government is tentatively contemplating hosting the Industry Day event on/or about Wednesday, 30 Jun 2021 at 8 am (note:� actual date/time may vary) further details to be provided. The purpose of this requirement is to replace/refresh JBSA�s ACP CCTV cameras at 22 ACPs. Currently, JBSA has 121 cameras that need to be replaced located throughout the three main operating locations, Ft. Sam Houston (FSH), Lackland (LAK), and Randolph (RAN). The intent for this requirement is to replace 121 cameras with similar Air Force approved cameras (see attachment). Contractors who are interested in this requirement do not have to attend the industry day event in order to submit a quote.
