Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.� The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure Five (5) Standalone Empower Licenses with 12 months of maintenance for the PEO Command Control and Communication, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. CLIN 0001: QTY 5 � Five (5) Standalone Empower Licenses with 12 months of maintenance The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Encore Analytics, LLC/3906 US Highway 98 W #2247, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.� The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the Business Size Standard is $41,500,000.00. All responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00 AM EST, 5 July 2021.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
