posted 24 June 2021 REPLACE MAKE-UP AIR UNITS IN BUILDING 299-- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for W52P1J-21-R-5013 This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-21-R-5013 to repair, by replacement, Make-up Air Units that presently serve the southwest corner of Building 299. The scope of this project is to remove the existing Gas Fired Make-up Air Units and install Custom Make-Up Air Units with Hot Water Heating Coils. In addition, a new boiler room will be constructed with new boilers to serve the new Make-up Air Units. Construction includes, but is not limited to the following: insulated metal stud walls with drywall, metal doors with hollow metal frames, electrical lighting, painting, Custom Built Make-up Air Units with controls, Hot Water Heating system with new boilers, hot water distribution piping, distribution pumps, natural gas piping, replacement of existing DDC Controls, modification of existing fire sprinklers, modification of existing fire alarm, and modification of existing electrical systems.. NAICS code 238220 Service Code J041 This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance and Payments Bonds are required for this project.
