- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for the Lynx Model 410LX Cage and Rack washer for VA Medical Center/CAVHS, 4300 West 7th Street, Research/151, Room GB-192, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. NCO 16 is seeking Vendors that can provide the Brand Name Only equipment being requested. Justification is attached. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be issued following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The Solicitation Number is 36C256-21-Q-1143 and it is unrestricted; meaning all socio-economic types can respond to the solicitation. . The Solicitation is for the Lynx Model 410LX cage and washer rack, install, etc. The NAICS is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a Business size standard is 1000 employees.
