- This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources able to provide ABB brand name circuit breakers; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 335313- �Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing� with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in effort to perform market research and seek potential contractors able to provide the following items and quantities indicated in Attachment 1: 24 each ABB power circuit breakers, compatible tools/spare parts, side capacitors, support structures, seismic report(s), erecting engineering services, and delivery/offloading to Tracy, CA. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Economic Size Status. (Large / Small Business / HubZone / 8(a) / Woman Owned Small Business /etc). 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all requirements provided in this Sources Sought Notice. 3) Contractor confirms full capability of performing and providing ALL quantities specified in Attachment (1). All submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email ONLY to Daoud@wapa.gov by 12:00 PM PST on 30 June 2021. Please title your submissions �ABB Circuit Breakers for Tracy Substation� in the subject line.
