Description

Regional Contracting Office- Central intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source contract�to�GE Healthcare, for the ViewPoint Software License, Maintenance and�Support, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation , FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. The sole-source contract will have a period of performance of 22 July 2021 -21 July 2022�plus two option years.�The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, Software Publishers and the size standard is $41.5M. The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0190, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
