Description

�DRAFT� HDTRA1-CWMD-IDIQ-DRAFT-RFP, �Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Research and Development Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)� The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) invites Offerors interested in the Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) effort entitled �Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Research and Development� to submit comments and questions regarding the first DRAFT RFP. Release of the DRAFT RFP provides an opportunity for all Offerors to review the requirement and to provide feedback regarding various aspects of the effort, to include the draft Statement of Objectives, RFP Thoughts, Evaluation Factors, and Present And Past Performance Information Form. All Offeror feedback shall be submitted on an unclassified basis to the following e-mail address (dtra.belvoir.al.mbx.dtra-rdcwmd-fy21-22@mail.mil). The Offerors should use the Draft RFP Comment Form to address concerns, ask questions,�and/or provide�feedback�about the draft RFP package. All unclassified feedback shall be submitted to the address above on 16 July 2021. DTRA intends on releasing a second draft RFP as well as scheduling another Industry Day for the late Summer/early Fall.
