Description

Chillicothe VA Medical Center requires a reoccurring Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Controls Service Contract, for designed to provide ongoing training to Facility personnel and maintain end user comfort while achieving ideal system performance. Vendor will evaluate the Building Automation System (BAS) monthly to monitor system performance. Vendor will provide software support and software upgrades as needed during the performance period. Vendor will provide complete system database backup during the performance period. Vendor shall provide BAS system controls training and updates with facility personnel related to system controls and functions, software upgrades, history logs and system setpoints. Vendor shall conduct and maintain an inventory of the facility HVAC controls system. Vendor shall provide technical support monthly to implement the preventative maintenance and support services outlined in this document. The contractor shall prepare and provide the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with monthly reports documenting the tasks and results of each month�s work.
