- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), SOF AT&L Maritime Undersea Systems Program Office anticipates issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for specialized Undersea Systems Test and Evaluation Support. �A draft service support Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to provide interested offerors with the Test and Evaluation Support technical requirements.� The purpose of this synopsis is to inform potential qualified sources.� This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with information provided to this synopsis or any follow-up information request.�� Do not request a copy of the solicitation, as one does not exist yet.�� A formal RFP for the Undersea Systems Test and Evaluation Support is expected to be issued on or about July 21, 2021 with response due NLT August 25, 2021.� Questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer Ms. Corletta Campbell at corletta.n.campbell.civ@socom.mil. In summary, the government has the following requirement objectives in relation to this effort: Contractor personnel must have direct experience with NSW dry submersible systems and subsystems operations, engineering, and test & evaluation processes/procedures to support engineering activities as well as developmental and operational testing. Additionally, Contractor personnel must have experience with the Defense Acquisition System statutory and regulatory documentation development to include but not limited to the preparation of Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and working knowledge of the U.S. Navy Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COTF) Integrated Evaluation Framework (IEF).� Contractor personnel also need to have experience in undersea technology developments, engineering change proposals, configuration changes, training, and system sustainment support.� Place of Contract Performance (For planning purposes only): Tampa, FL and Little Creek, VA Set-aside Status: Small Business set aside
