Reason For This Amendment Is As Follows: First: Post 6973GH-21-R-00010--0001 SIR Amendment Second: Post updated AIR940 � ASE Training Statement of Work Final dated 06/23/2021 Third: Extend the Solicitation 6973GH-21-R-00010 proposal due date: 07/05/2021, 1700 CS Local Time Fourth: To post Air Certification Service - SIR 6973GH-21-R-00010 � Vendors Questions & Governments Answers. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aircraft Certification Services, Enterprise Operations, Workforce Development Branch (AIR-940) is soliciting for capable vendors who can provide all the elements of the attached Statement of Work. The purpose of this project is to support services to the Workforce Development Branch (AIR-940) with a four-week training package consisting of a 32-hour blended Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), and/or Virtual Instructor-Led Training instructor-led course (ILT)/ virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course providing discipline-specific training for newly-hired AIR safety critical workforce, starting with Aerospace Safety Engineers (ASE). The FAA contemplates award of an Unrestricted Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this Screening Information Request. This acquisition will utilize Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures to make an integrated assessment for an award decision. No tradeoffs will be made. Contract award will be made to the Offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS), whose proposal conforms to the solicitation's requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, and certifications) and is judged, based on the evaluation factors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 611430. AC0250 EVALUATION OF OFFERS FOR SINGLE AWARD (JUN 2015) Award will not be split by item. Failure to propose on all items listed in Section B may result in your offer not being further considered for award.
