Added 20 May 2021 -- Construct Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Lab Space The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) requests a proposal for the design/build project for a TMDE lab on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL.� All work is to be done in accordance with (IAW) the Scope of Work (SOW) for Project 2020-5169. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a total 100% Small Business Set Aside. This RFP contains one base bid. All work is to be completed in accordance IAW the SOW, attached specifications, and drawings. See�DFARS 252.236-7001. IAW FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance and Payments bonds are required. Please see narrative for further requirements. Some documents require secure access.
