Description

This effort is in reference to prior Solicitation Number W58RGZ-20-R-0077.� ****ATTENTION**** ALL FORM COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Meagan Melton, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA via meagan.m.melton.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: � NOMENCLATURE: CONTROL SWASHPLATE INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-395-0006� INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 145R3551-17� ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 20 each � Maximum 312 each� (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 52 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for FMS. Technical data to include a Depot Maintenance Requirement�(DMWR) is available for this effort. The following DMWR is adequate for full and open competition: �DMWR 55-1615-297, Revision Date: 06/17/2011, Change #1. The Control Swashplate is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and must only be�overhauled by approved sources. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications. This is a Limited Competitive requirement amongst the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Boeing Helicopter, Inc. (CAGE Code: 77272) and the following approved sources: Overhaul Support Services LLC. (CAGE Code: 52VE4) and Airtronics, LLC.�(CAGE Code: 58078). Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.� Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Proposals may only be accepted by mail, courier or emails.
