- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Whole Health service line of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia is seeking purchase musical instruments and equipment. The instruments will be used to facilitate musical wellness programs. The Period of Performance and/or delivery is on or before August 1,2021. The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed as a Total Set-Aside service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339992 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation will be posted to the Government Point of Entry website (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about June 25, 2021. To be award a contract, an offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov). No further information is available at this time.
