Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, 2002 Holcomb Blvd, Houston, TX 77030, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a sole source basis for full-service support and preventative maintenance services for VISAS Microbiology Lab Analyze (S/N IVD3004875), manufactured by Biomerieux, Inc., 100 Rodolphe Street, Durham, NC 27712. This coverage will include preventative maintenance, all labor, all travel, expenses, and all OEM parts for an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and telephone support calls around the clock. Services includes remote tele-diagnostics feature for troubleshooting instrumentation with modem access. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 and in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
