Description: See attached solicitation and attachments for full detail of the requirement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB), has been tasked to solicit for and award construction services for the USDA-ARS Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) Building 002 Renovation.
