- ***NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE*** Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Southeast Network, 3700 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 500, Duluth, GA 30096 intends to award A firm-fixed price sole source requirement to: B & B Medical Services 2236 NW 10TH ST STE 117 Oklahoma City, OK 73107 POP: July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 532283 with a business size standard of 35 million. The proposed contract is for Prosthetics Home Oxygen Services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source in accordance with per 41 USC ยง3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will evaluate all responses that are received by 12:00 pm EST June 29, 2021 for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
