- Description
- Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for two hundred (200) each Survival Egress Air (SEA) breathing apparatus.� The Government is contemplating a sole source award to Aqua Lung (CAGE: 94120) for brand name product: SEA MK, 2.0 CF, DIAL, 20� HOSE, Part #1083-20, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.206-1(b)(1)(i). Proposed contract action will be a purchase order for the identified items and quantities and not to exceed $150,000. Contract is planned to be awarded by 15 July 2021. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The sole source justification will be posted under this synopsis after award.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 339920, and the small business size standard is 750 employees.� This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
