Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service(NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract to Tanco Printing and Trophy Inc. (DUNS 052685708), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Only one source reasonably available. The contractor is able to meet the required delivery timeframe. Future requirements for similar services will be competed. The NAICS code is 323111, with an associated small business size standard of 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Any source that believes it can provide the described services herein may provide a capability statement to the point of contact below. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email no later than 10:00 A.M.
