- Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0177. This requirement is solicited as 100% SBA certified 8(a) business direct award to Electrosoft Services Incorporated, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The size standard is $15M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Electrosoft Services, Inc. 1893 Metro Center Dr. Ste 228 Reston VA 20190-5298 (CAGE Code: 1UB58). This procurement is a continuation of work completed under 8(a) Sole Source purchase orders by Electrosoft (formerly New Paradigm Government Services, LLC) since 2014. The services require a unique correlation of Navy regulations, existing AUTEC processes and capabilities, and the technical capability needed to create products that will improve AUTEC adherence to NUWCDIVNPT policies. Further details can be found in the Statement of Work, attached. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase the following on a firm-fixed price basis: CLIN 0001: Services in accordance with the Statement of Work CLIN 0002: Data (Not Separately Priced) CLIN 0003 (Option): Services in accordance with the Statement of Work Period of Performance: Date of Award thru 12 months thereafter Option POP: Date of Option Exercise thru 12 months thereafter Delivery Location: F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708 Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular.
