- Description
- Description of Duties Instruct inmates in the on-site Catholic faith group studies. Classes will consist of religious based instruction on the following broad topics: how to live with integrity, how to grow spiritually, how to be a spiritual leader, and any other subjects mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the Chaplain (s). The instructor will also be responsible to encourage the inmate's participation in all aspects of the Catholic faith; i.e., reading, study, journaling, discussion/accountability groups, service projects, victim impact discussion, and reentry. The overall result of the instruction should be a reduction in recidivism and disciplinary problems.
