Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. VA Black Hills Heath Care System, located in Fort Meade and Hot Springs, South Dakota, has a requirement to preform Pharmacy and Room Hood Certifications and Maintenance. The Period of Performance is July 26, 2021- July 25, 2022 with four option year periods. The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed as a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $22.0 M. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation will be posted to the Government Point of Entry website (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about the week of June 28 July 2, 2021. To be award a contract, an offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) and registered as a SDVOSB in the Vetbiz portal (https://vetbiz.va.gov).
