Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for pharmacy benefit management services.� Contractor shall provide pharmacy benefit management services to veteran beneficiaries with urgent or emergent medications when authorized by Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). The requirement is set-aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).� The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 524292, size standard $35M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.� Carefully read FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation - Health-Care Resources in order to respond to this RFQ. Failure to do so may eliminate your response from being considered for award.� The Government intends to award a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of this solicitation.� Questions:�Please submit any questions or inquiries regarding this solicitation to Emily.Trinh@va.gov no later than July 1, 2021 12M PST.� IMPORTANT:�Vendors must sign and acknowledge all amendments and return with quote.�
