- Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis N00174-20-R-0208 Subj: Franklin Covey Trainings Product Service Code (PSC): U008 NAICS Code: 611430 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to increase the scope of contract N0017421D0002 for two new training classes titled �4 Essential Roles of Leadership� and �Multipliers� with Franklin Covey, 2202 Parkway Blvd., Salt Lake City, UT 84119. Senior Leadership took the courses in 2017 and 2018, senior leadership determined both the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership and Multipliers trainings are valuable to develop a winning culture for NSWC IHD and determined that these courses should be provided to the workforce. In order to ensure continuity �in training of the workforce and senior leadership, it was determined that only Franklin Covey�s 4 Essential Roles of Leadership and Multipliers trainings would meet the command�s need. Award is expected to be made in July 2021. Place of performance is at the Government site. These courses are proprietary to Franklin Covey and are not offered by another vendor. Comparable courses developed by another offeror would not ensure the continuity in training required for the ������Command to maximize the effectiveness of the trainings already received.
