Description

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice announcement to seek potential Small Business sources who would be interested in the Crow Creek Agency Building 119 Roof Design-Build project. The project will consist of designing and constructing a new roof system to replace the old roof system. The proposal is for the design and construction of approximately 3,402 square feet of demolition of existing roofing system and replacing with new roofing system as outlined in the statement of work. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000 to $250,000. The BIA, Crow Creek Agency is located at 100 Sam Boy Drive, Fort Thompson, South Dakota 57339, Buffalo County. The tentative dates for issuing the solicitation is July 15, 2021, offers are due on August 16, 2021, and completing contract performance on January 7, 2022. Solicitation documents will be available free of charge at www.SAM.gov under solicitation number 140A0121B0003 on July 15, 2021. Offers are due on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 5:00 pm (CDT) by emailing to Margie.tahdooahnippah@bia.gov. Only electronic copies will be accepted. The award is restricted to small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $39.5 Mil. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with the pre-solicitation announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice. Send your capabilities statement to include your DUNS #, description of your specialties, contact information (business name, contact person, phone number and email address) and bonding capabilities to Margie M.
