The address for the site visit is as follows: �2815 Indianapolis Blvd in Whiting, Indiana ********************************************************************************************************************** EFFECTIVE 22 JUN 2021:� AMENDMENT NO 0001 has been issued and published herein this Notice.� This particular Amendment includes the Past Performance Questionnaire Form.� Please see the Attachments Section of this Notice. ************************************************************************************************************************ Under this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P621R0003 for�the purposes of receiving technical and price proposals. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant Request for�Proposals solicitation package for the�construction project entitled, ""LAKE GEORGE CANAL MIDDLE SECTION RESTORATION, LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA."" � PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the Contract, the contractor will be required for remediation of contaminated sediment within the Lake George Canal � Middle Section. The work includes placement of an amended sand cap over existing sediment, bank stabilization, installation of a geotextile, sheetpile installation, ecosystem restoration, and related work. CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 SOUTH LaSALLE STREET, SUITE 1500, Chicago, IL 60604 � ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is FULL AND OPEN, UNRESTRICTED TO BUSINESS SIZE. The North American Industry�System Classification Code is 237990, with a small business size standard in�dollars of $39.5M. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated�between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Solicitation package (Request for Proposal - ""RFP"") is�downloadable from this�INTERNET SITE ONLY. The package is a Portable Document Format (PDF) file and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Responses to this Solicitation (Request for Proposals) are due prior to 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on July 12, 2021.
