This is for beta.SAM only - Attachment 36 will be removed and uploaded with the next amendment. Amendment 04�:�- Extended Proposal Submission, Updated Seed Project SOW & Schedule B, Updated Attachment 34, Sections G & L, deleted attachment 27, provided site visits sign in sheets and provide Offerors questions and Government answers. Amendment 03 Block 3 Effective Date -�is dated 23 Jun 2021 in error. It should be 21 Jun 2021. However, this still is an Amendment and the information in the amendment is�accurate and will still be considered active�with this solictation as of 21 Jun 2021. Amendment 03 to Solicitation providing/adding 6-21-21: Add an additional site visit date. The additional site visit date is Wednesday 23 Jun 2021 at 12:00 PM CDT. Please submit name(s) for attendance by 8:00 AM 23 Jun 2021. Questions will be due by Friday 25 Jun at 1:00 PM CDT. Ensure to annotate when submitting name(s) for attendance on whether or not the individual has access to the base. Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award�Construction Contract (MACC) for sustainment, restoration, and modernization for general construction projects�in support of the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES). Construction projects to be performed under this�MACC include, but are not limited to, new construction of buildings and structures, alteration and repair of�buildings, structures, roads, grounds, roofs, specialty construction, utilities including Jet-A fuel systems,�demolition of structures and building and miscellaneous construction services including hazardous material�waste removal (i.e. asbestos, lead based paint, etc.). Types of facilities may include administrative, industrial,�maintenance, warehouses, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, medical, training, ranges,�roads, etc. Work may also include design/build from concept to full 100% design. In-house design capability or�ready access to design capability is a must for projects under this MACC. Description of work will be identified�in each individual task order.
